TropiTrips Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TropiTrips. By accessing our website or booking our travel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Effective Date: September 7, 2025

1. Booking and Confirmation

    • All bookings are subject to availability.
    • A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified in the package terms).
    • The final itinerary, terms of service, and confirmation are sent via email once the booking is confirmed.

2. Payments

    • Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or any other method specified by TropiTrips.
    • Full payment may be required prior to trip commencement as per the specific package terms.
    • Incomplete payments may lead to automatic cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Our detailed cancellation policy applies as follows: (Refer to the TropiTrips Cancellation Policy for full details.)
    • Free cancellation up to 60 days before departure (excluding airfare, service charge applies).
    • Percentage-based refunds or credit notes depending on the time of cancellation.
    • Once the tour starts and even 1 day is executed, no refund will be provided under any circumstance.
    • No refund for no-shows.

4. Rescheduling Policy

    • Rescheduling is allowed under the defined terms and conditions.
    • Rescheduling requests must be communicated in writing.
    • Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the original travel date.

5. Airfare

    • Airfares are booked separately and are mostly non-refundable or subject to airline fare rules.
    • In case of cancellation, the actual airline cancellation fees and a fitilation fee by TropiTrips will apply.

6. Use of Photos & Videos

By participating in any TropiTrips tour, you agree that TropiTrips may capture photos and videos of you, which may be used for promotional activities including digital, print, and social media channels. If you do not wish your images to be used, please inform us in writing prior to your trip.

7. Customer Responsibilities

    • Ensure valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.).
    • Adhere to local laws and customs during the trip.
    • Act responsibly and respect fellow travelers and local cultures.
    • Inform TropiTrips of any special medical conditions or requirements in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

    • TropiTrips acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, local guides).
    • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by third parties, force majeure events, political unrest, natural disasters, or personal emergencies.
    • Personal travel insurance is recommended for all travelers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the TropiTrips website including images, text, designs, and trademarks are property of TropiTrips and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

11. Amendments

TropiTrips reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
